United StatesThe handle is nice and fits in the hand well, the blade is very sharp and cleans up the glass. What no where says is the blade is actually dual sided for when the the blade is dull and just flip to the other edge, easy to replace as well. The soft edge is good for cleaning Edges where you wouldn't want to use the blade, and the plastic is good for softer algae. I truly recommend this as it's a good tool for different cleaning.
