      You can immediately see the results

      I use Reef Roids every two weeks one hour after the LEDs come off. I mixe one tea spoon in a little bit of my tank water, turn every pump to low and pour that food in my 100g. And every polyps incredibly pops out ... it’s seams to be their favorite moment!
