In the same Taxiphyllum family, Taiwan Moss is closely related to Java Moss. It grows willingly on any surface, so it is ideal for decorating stones and tree roots or concealing installations in the aquarium.

Tissue culture plants should be removed from the cup as soon as possible. All plants grow on some sort of synthetic growing medium, ranging anywhere from liquid to jelly to firm gel. This should be removed and rinsed off. Gently massage the roots between your fingers until the gel dissolves away. Most plants can be broken up into smaller pieces and spread out in your aquarium. Smaller pieces are easier to plant.
Received in good condition. A few black spots from the tissue culture that are hard to remove. This moss is a lot more stringy than the images show, ie very little branching. Growing these out and waiting for it to self attach, the process seems a bit more slow than with other mosses that I have tried.
