Dear valued Aqua Lab Aquaria customers,
We are writing you today to let you know about some changes happening at Aqua Lab over the next few months.
After two years at our current location, we've learned a lot and intend to apply this to a total remodel of the store's design and infrastructure. While this is happening, most of our in-store displays will have to be relocated and we will not have a reliable selection of livestock. We will be publishing notices of temporary closure on Yelp, Google, and Facebook.
But, if you’re one of our customers reading this, please know we are here to get you what you need; and it’s likely someone will be around the store to help you. We will still be open for business in the following capacities:
By Appointment: We can't guarantee someone will be in the store during our normal hours. Because of this, we are happy to have customers by on an appointment basis. Give us a call or a text at (408) 767-6994 or (844) AQUA-LAB, both work! And of course, you can always email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Drop-In: Feel free to try your luck and drop by, but we can’t guarantee someone will be there. You’ll have the best luck between 11AM-5PM.
Online: All local customers are invited to shop our online store, and during this time we will be offering FREE SHIPPING to all our customers in the SF Bay Area. You can select either in-store pick up or use the following code at checkout: BAYAREAFREESHIP. The only exclusion is palletized orders going to locations that are beyond a 20 miles radius from 95125. Those will incur our normal delivery charge.
Service: Our service program will continue as normal without interruption.
When we started Aqua Lab Aquaria three years ago, our goal was to fill a gap in the SF Bay Area by providing customers with a high-end aquarium design experience, friendly and knowledgeable service, and a selection of aquatic flora, fauna and equipment at competitive prices.
We would have never made it this far without your support and patronage. We can’t thank you enough!
-Team Aqua Lab
