AQUA SOIL AMAZONIA PRO
Premium Japanese Natural Soil for Nature Aquariums
AQUA SOIL AMAZONIA PRO is a professional-grade aquasoil developed for advanced Nature Aquarium hobbyists and professionals, featuring high-quality natural black soil from Japan with a rich organic composition.
Carefully formulated to recreate the characteristics of the original ADA AMAZONIA formula, AMAZONIA PRO provides a natural, stable substrate that serves as an excellent structural foundation for aquatic plant roots. Its granular structure helps establish a secure base for root development while creating a natural-looking substrate for planted aquariums.
The soil is designed to help maintain stable, slightly acidic water conditions, creating an environment that supports the long-term health and vitality of aquatic plants and tropical fish.
With its premium Japanese natural soil and focus on recreating the characteristics of the original AMAZONIA, AQUA SOIL AMAZONIA PRO is an ideal foundation for aquarists seeking to create a healthy, natural, and long-lasting Nature Aquarium.
For best results, cover AQUA SOIL AMAZONIA PRO with a 0.4" ~ 0.8" (1~2 cm) layer of AMAZONIA Ver.2.
This layered substrate approach allows aquatic plants to access the organic composition in AMAZONIA PRO while helping create an aquarium environment that is less prone to algae growth. The combination is especially suitable for intermediate hobbyists and makes an excellent choice for in-store recommendations.

As a general rule of thumb:
For a more accurate estimate, calculate the volume of substrate needed using:
Tank Length × Tank Width × Desired Substrate Depth = Required Volume
One 9L bag contains approximately 9,000 cm³ (cubic centimeters), or 549.2 cubic inches.
For an ADA 60P aquarium measuring 60 cm × 30 cm, if you want a substrate depth of 5 cm:
60 cm × 30 cm × 5 cm = 9,000 cm³
Therefore, one 9L bag will provide approximately 5 cm of substrate depth across the bottom of an ADA 60P aquarium.
Actual substrate depth may vary depending on the aquarium layout, substrate slope, and how densely the soil is packed.
