Onyx by Aqua Worx is a great aquarium LED light for planted tanks. This aquarium LED is constructed from premium material for durability and longevity. Equipped for endurance, the Onyx also has beautiful features such as a sleek matte black gooseneck that attaches securely with added flexibility ease during maintenance. Its quality white and blue bulbs will easily illuminate freshwater inhabitants and aquatic plant  

A Pair of Options

 The Onyx LED provides several options for hobbyists. It comes in two different sizes for nano aquarium tanks. In addition, each size provides a choice for either pure white or RGB LED lighting options. The pure white bulbs are designed for healthy aquatic plant growth while the RGB bulbs are perfect for bringing out a range of saturation in non-planted freshwater aquariums.

ONYX 5 (5" long fixture)

MEASUREMENTS: 6" x 2.3" x 6.5" (LxWxH)

POWER: 6 WATTS (WHITE LED) or 3 WATTS (RGB LED)

COLOR TEMPURATURE: 8,000K

DESIGN: CLIP ON (Gooseneck mount attached to short side of LED fixture)

TANK SIZE RECOMENDATION: NANO TANKS RANGING FROM 1 - 3 GALLONS

ONYX 10 (10" wide fixture)

MEASUREMENTS: 10" x 6.5" x 6.3" (LxWxH)

POWER: 11 WATTS (WHITE LED) or 5 WATTS (RGB LED)

Great for Nano Planted Tanks

Bought this light for a friend, and it is perfect for their nano planted tank. They were hoping to upgrade from some CFL bulbs to a sleeker looking lighting system for a 5 gallon aquarium and they loved this light. I think it is a pretty powerful light for it's size. I highly recommend it.
