Items arrived damaged?

Don’t worry, we’ve got your back.

While we do our best to ensure the safe arrival of the living and fragile items we send, some things are out of our control. If something is wrong, please do the following on the same day your order is delivered:

  1. Take pictures of the damage and packaging upon arrival!  It's important to save and photograph the packaging!
  2. Email our orders team 
  3. Retain the shipping box and all packaging materials until instructed otherwise

Plants arrived in poor health?

It’s normal for plants to look a little sad after being tossed around in a dark boxduring shipping. If you think something is wrong, please follow these steps on thesame day your plants arrive:

  1. Take photos of the plant inside the cup.  The shipping label for the order must be visible in the photo.
  2. Remove plant from cup and gently rinse off any liquid or gel.
  3. Plant in aquarium before the end of the day.
  4. Wait two days and monitor health.
  5. If you are still not happy with the health of your plant, take photos of it inside the aquarium and email them to our orders team and we will assist you further.
