We are happy to announce our new team of dedicated order fulfillment specialists: the ALA Shipping Squad!  Please welcome Espe, Toad, Sam, and Emily to the team.

We would first like to start by saying that none of this would be possible without YOU, our fellow aquarists!  We are extremely proud that we are able to continue to grow our team and provide opportunities to passionate aquarists of all skill levels, even during this tumultuous time.

With the huge shift in lifestyles we have all been forced to make, online ordering has never been more essential.  Take a look at the recent updates we've made in order to improve our e-commerce experience for aquarists nationwide. With the increase in orders during this pandemic, we're doing all we can to ensure you get your aquarium supplies as quickly as possible while ensuring our employees' safety.

Once a package is ready for shipment, a Tracking email will be automatically sent out and the package will be handed off to USPS / UPS / FedEx. 

NOTE: Due to COVID-19, we have noticed that USPS are experiencing delays in scanning and processing on some shipments at this time. Please note that delays might occur with your order so we recommend to wait patiently for up to 5 business days for Tracking to update once you have received a Tracking email. You may contact your local USPS or delivery person for updates in regards to regular mailing services.
